The ears are whole rather than off-cuts, hand sorted so thin ears are left out, and thick cut, averaging about 39 grams each at roughly 70 kcal an ear. They are a single ingredient: pig ear, with no rawhide, no bone, no added salt, and naturally free of grain and gluten.
